After years of campaining through newspapers` and the Viv Graham books to get legal access to police radio transmissions evidence` which i claimed throughout at my trial would clear my name, i finally got access to this evidence through the CCRC when they did my re appeal, but my legal rep never did get access to it, when he got there he was bullied and intimidated and 4 highly ranked murder squad cops who were doing this hassling of him would not let him view the evidence which i claimed would free me.

Well its the 14th anniversary of Viv`s murder tomorrow, 14 years exactly to the day, that is also exactly the official minimum term needed to be served today of a life sentence before release, so the real killers may of been getting out of jail this week if they had not of been police informers with dodgy police handle......rs at the start of the Viv Graham murder investigation` and they were crooked police handlers who were on the take who just so happened to be in charge of that murder inquiry also, a murder whom their personal official police nark's had committed, (all concerned are registered police informers) who all then conspired between themselves to fixed that police murder intelligence files for that murder to blame the Conroy family for committing it !!! and that is the reason` because of embarrassment & bent cops, that nobody to date has been charged with Viv`s murder, if they are charged then it puts the cops who covered the arses of the real murderers involved in trouble !

He has always maintained his innocence.
He instructs us that during the trial the prosicution relied on things said by his co accused Glover implicating him.
He has now recieved a...mong other statements a statement by DC A Trotter dated 2nd Nov 1995 in which DC Trotter states that Glover admitted driving the getaway car after the shooting and murder of Viv Graham.

Mr Conroy has asked us to ascertain why Glover has not been charged and prosicuted in connection with this. He considers that he is entitled to this information as, if the police consider Glovers admission as untrue, it would tend to show that he is un reliable and that things said by him about mr Conroy during the trial would equally be unreliable.

I suspect that the CPS file will now have been destroyed ...although i do have some recollection of the case. my recollection is that the prosicution relied on incriminating remarks made bt Glover in writing but that this was evidence against Glover and not Conroy.

If you can supply me with a copy of the statement to which your letter refers i will investigate further.

It is also my recollection that your firm represented one of the co defendants in the case who was acquited and you may have papers in your own archive.
